Biography
Personal injury attorney Randall Rosenberg has tried and/or handled cases before judges and juries in the State of Hawaii First Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, as well as before the courts of California, the Territory of Guam, the Territory of American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. He has appeared and argued before the Hawaii Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Guam, Superior Court of Guam, and the District Court of Guam, Appellate Division. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg has alternative dispute resolution experience in the role of counsel as well as a party-selected and court-appointed arbitrator.
Mr. Rosenberg attended high school and college in Hawaii and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he served as Comment Editor of Law Review (1987-88) and authored the Case Note: Wolsk v. State, A Limitation of Governmental Liability.
Mr. Rosenberg played intercollegiate club soccer for the University of Oregon and was awarded a varsity letter in soccer in 1982. These days he is living the dream as a part time professional musician (electric bass and vocals) playing retro music in a local rock band.
